How can you convince us?
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Software Delivery Manager/RTE with a passion for team development and process improvement. In this role you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating between various teams (developers, testers, project managers, clients) and ensuring the smooth flow of information and resources. You are an experienced professional who enjoys taking responsibility and performs strongly both autonomously and as part of a team. In addition, you are communicatively strong and know how to inspire and motivate people. As a Software Delivery Manager/RTE you are responsible for the quality of the delivered software.
In your role as Delivery Manager, you are ultimate responsible for the organization and secure Software delivery within the Agile Release Train (ART).
Your responsibilities:
Leading your domain with agile and self-organizing teams towards success.
Managing capacity, required knowledge, and skills within the team.
Translating strategic goals into a feasible and effective IT roadmap.
Executing the business roadmap and ensuring a stable production environment.
Continuously improving processes and collaboration at Portfolio and ART level.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation and achieve goals.
In your role as Release Train Engineer (RTE), you are responsible for facilitating the processes, events, and execution within the Agile Release Train (ART) and overseeing the release planning and delivery pipeline.
Your responsibilities:
Facilitating PI Planning and ART Sync to enhance alignment, collaboration, and results.
Coordinating dependencies between teams within and outside the ART.
Monitoring and optimizing processes at ART and Team level to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
Removing impediments that may obstruct the progress of the release train or escalating them if necessary, so management can make informed decisions.
Monitoring and reporting progress and delivery to achieve PI objectives.
