Where do you end up?
As a Delivery Manager/RTE at Cipal Schaubroeck, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering digital solutions to Flemish government institutions. How can you convince us?
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Delivery Manager/RTE with a passion for team development and process optimisation. You are an experienced professional who enjoys taking responsibility and performs strongly both autonomously and as part of a team. In addition, you are communicatively strong and know how to inspire and motivate people.
What specifically are we looking for?
Education and experience: You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with a strong track record within IT. Experience in a leadership role is a must.
Leadership skills: You actively build relationships, be a mentor to your team and support talent development.
Process optimisation: You have a thorough knowledge of Agile (SAFe) and Lean methodologies and know how to use them to set up and improve efficient work processes.
Communication and collaboration: You are a bridge builder who communicates effectively with different stakeholders and knows how to find your way in complex organisations.
Technical knowledge: Experience in IT project management, knowledge of software development and understanding of technology trends.
